Welcome to Thankmo.com (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.


1. Use of the App:

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

2. User Accounts:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property:

  • All content, trademarks, and materials provided in the App are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC):

  • You may be able to submit, post, display, or otherwise make available content, such as text, photos, and other materials ("User Content") on or through the App.
  • You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to the App.
  • By posting User Content on or through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our (and our successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the App (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
  • You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content posted by you on or through the App or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in these Terms; (ii) the posting and use of your User Content on or through the App does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person; and (iii) the posting of your User Content on the App does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.
  • We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content or communications posted via the App. We are not responsible for User Content and may not monitor or control User Content.
  • We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms, is otherwise objectionable, or for any other reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability:

  • The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination:

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms:

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York.
